Whilst selfbuilding I was feed-up trying to constructing roof ovehangs properly in timber and then risking my life climbing ladders to maintain them. Even plastic fades and the wood behind it rots, so I invented an ever-lasting roof overhang in high quality masonry which not only looks good as a decorate stone feature all around the edge of the roof but is easier to put on and protects the main roof timbers well away from our harsh weather.
